Terms of Service
These terms are deliberately short and in plain English. They will grow up alongside the product, but the spirit below won’t change.
The deal
- The service is provided as-is. We work hard on reliability, but keep your own copy of anything irreplaceable, as you would with any tool.
- Your content is yours. Pages, deals, contacts: you own them. We host and process them to run the service, nothing more.
- The trial is free and the price is plain. 14 days with everything, no card. If you subscribe, one plan is the whole product, you can cancel in one click, and cancelling never deletes your work.
What we expect from you
- One page, one named prospect.Salesclick is built for personalised outreach. Using it for bulk spam or scraping-driven blasts gets an account closed, and it also simply doesn’t work here.
- Follow the marketing laws that apply to your outreach in your country.
- Don’t use the service for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful.
Ending things
- You can delete your account whenever you like; your data goes with it.
- If we ever discontinue the service, you get notice and a real export window, not a weekend.
Changes
When these terms change materially, users are notified in the product before the change applies. The plain-English promise stays.
