Do my prospects need an account?
No, and that's the point. They click one link and your page opens instantly: no sign-up, no app, no login to bounce off. The easier it is to open, the more of them actually do.
What can I actually see?
More than a PDF or a read receipt ever told you: which parts of your page they opened and how long each one held them, when they came back, and when a second device opens the link. That last one is the first sign the buying committee is forming. Not who they are, not where they went afterwards, nothing beyond the page you sent them. We keep one first-party cookie so a return visit reads as the same reader, never shared and never used to follow them around the web, so there is still no banner in their way.
